Prices for all our items sold are in US DOLLAR (USD$).

For some products, there could be 1 to 2cm (0.4-0.8") differences due to manual measurement. There could also be slight differences in the color tone of the website's photos and the actual item due to lighting effects/angles, monitor's brightness/contrast settings etc.

How can I pay my order?
We offer safe & secure shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card or Debit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing an order.

What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices listed on Coolestgo.com are listed in US Dollar (USD$).

How secure is my personal information?

Coolestgo.com adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology) and PCI compliant Level 1, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

ORDERS:

How can I place an order?
To place an order for your favorite item you need to:
- Go to the link of your chosen product.
- Then select the right Color, Size, Design or another variant.
- Check the quantity if you would like to order more than 1.
- Click ’I NEED THIS’ button to proceed to checkout.
- And finally select the billing method, provide shipping information and an e-mail address to receive confirmation. 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. #1234), and listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

What should I do if I didn’t receive confirmation?
We always recommend to our dear customers to check your email SPAM/FOLDER if you have not received an order confirmation. If you still do not see it there, please feel free to contact our customer support and we’ll send it again right away.

What is my tracking number?
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the e-mail provided within 5-7 business days after the purchase.

How can i apply discount code to my order?
Discount code can be applied during checkout process.
Please use only the preferred discount code during checkout.

How many discount code/voucher can be used at the same time?
Only 1 discount code is applicable for every order per customer. 

Why my discount code is not applied?
Each discount code can only be used once per customer, otherwise mentioned.
If you believe your discount code has an error. Please contact us HERE, so that we can assist you with the order and discount application. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.


AMENDMENTS & MODIFICATIONS:

How can I change my order?
It’s important to notify us if you would like to us to make a change to your order, we request you to please update us within 12 hours of placing the order. Especially if your request has shipping address changes to avoid inconvenience.

- Your email
- Your phone number

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to customersupport@Coolestgo.com requesting cancellation. But it must be within the first 3 hours as we will start to process the order afterwards. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled if you request to cancel 3 hours after you placed your order. Please note that due to high fraud activities that we received, there's a $15 charge on Order Cancellation. Therefore we sincerely request that you only make your purchase if you are absolutely sure you want the product.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS:

When is a refund possible?
At Coolestgo.com, we strive to provide the easiest online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe, so a refund will be issued if:
- The received item is defective/damaged.
- You received incorrect item.
Please note you will be required to provide pictures/videos of the received item to qualify for exchange/refund.

When are refunds not possible?
If you have placed an order with a wrong item / address; you need to contact our customer services in order to receive the appropriate resolution. You’re not eligible for the exchange/refund for the following reasons. If:
- The order is not corrected within 3 hours.
- The product is not broken or it is not defective or is damaged because of use or
- The product is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Received the correct item but you want to exchange to a different design.

What If My Item Arrived Damaged?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this,
some of our customers report that around 1 in 1000
products could arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please reach out with:
- Your order number.
- A picture or video of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
For United States:
Purchase value of $0.01 – $49.99 the shipping cost will be $4.95.
Purchase value of $50 and aboveFREE SHIPPING. 
For International Shipping (other than US):
Purchase value of $0.01 – $49.99 the shipping cost will be $4.95.
