Replacement policy

We advise all our customers to check the product condition right after they receive the shipment, if the product received has the following problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at customersupport@coolestgo.com

  1. Item received damaged -must be reported within 48 hours after the delivered date
  2. Wrong item received (wrong color/wrong size/wrong model and etc.) -must be reported within 48 hours after the delivered date
  3. Incomplete item received -must be reported within 48 hours after the delivered date
  4. Item not as described -must be reported within 7 days after the delivered date

* The delivered date will be following the tracking information on tracking site.

** To entitle for a replacement, video or picture evidence is needed to prove that the item matches the above conditions.

 ***Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return policy

Return only eligible while the item received is not as described from our website. Customer must report the case to us within 7 days after the delivered date. The return item must be unopened. A full refund will be credited after we receive the item in good condition. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Discount Policy

  1. All discount code could not be applied on promotion item. 
  2. Only one coded discount code can be applied per order.
  3. We advise all customer to check the order amount after key in the discount code to make sure the discount code is applied before check out.
  4. The discount code is non-changeable after confirmation of order. 
  5. We keep the right to cancel or terminate any discount code without advance notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order contents (such as size, color, or quantity) cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed in any way once they have been submitted.
  • Shipping information only can be edit within the first 3 hours after you place the order.
